Benton Potter & Murdock is a women and minority owned law firm with offices in Washington D.C., and Falls Church, Virginia. With more than four decades of combined experience in representing businesses, including government contractors, throughout the United States and Canada, our attorneys provide assistance in federal, state and local government contracts, health law, civil litigation, employment law, and all aspects of corporate and business law.
Mr. Murdock brings 20 years of experience to the firm.. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in the healthcare and litigation practice of the Washington, D.C. office of Epstein Becker & Green where he represented clients in general commercial litigation, Ęclass actions, federal and state civil and criminal investigations, qui tam matters, healthcare regulatory matters, and bid protests in more than 21 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, and before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and private arbitration and mediation tribunals. In addition, he counseled clients on regulatory and corporate matters.
