Senior Acquisition Professional TMS, a Washington-based consulting firm is seeking a senior-level acquisition professional to provide full-time, on-site acquisition support to a federal agency that will include the recompete of the agency’s seat management contract during the next 30 months. Requirements include a college degree with a minimum of 15 years of work experience, familiarity with the FAR requirements for performance based contracting, excellent writing skills, and proficiency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel. Work will involve developing PWSs and all other procurement-related documents for competitive bids, including IGCEs, PRSs, and QASPs. After award, contract administration support will be required, as well as support for other IT-related acquisitions. A security clearance is a plus. An active ATF suitability determination or one that is not over six months old is a definite plus. No prior bankruptcies, financial delinquencies, or adverse law enforcement interactions are acceptable for the granting of an agency security clearance or to be considered for this position.
