Position requirements include:

• -Experience with bid protests, disputes, and claims; procurement fraud investigations and related litigation; general counseling on FAR compliance, small business contracting programs, GSA Schedule, the Service Contract Act, subcontracts and teaming arrangements; terminations and government audits and investigations or other related government contracts experience;

The firm is comprised of highly respected litigation, government contracts, transactional, and employment attorneys and is looking to further round out its capabilities to better serve its clients.

This opportunity is an excellent fit for:

(1) a partner at a large firm whos looking to further develop his or her book and is currently running into issues like six-figure overhead, high billable rate requirements, or other partners conflicts preventing business development; or

(2) an experienced solo practitioner or small corporate group that will benefit from joining a more diversified firm with top practice experience, advanced IT and business development support, and low overhead.

Position requirements include:

• -Entity formation, capital structures, M&A, or other commercial or financial transactions experience;
• -Experience working with government contract issues is a strong plus;
